The Mr Do Session
Today we see the Alpha Monster from the Mr. Do series talking with Dr. Sane. Let's listen in and see if the good doctor can help him.
Alpha Monster - Doc, I am at the end of my rope. I need help.
Dr Sane - What seems to be the problem?
Alpha Monster - It is my job. I hate it and it is killing me.
Dr Sane - I see. Exactly what is your job?
Alpha Monster - I am a alpha monster in the Mr. Do game.
Dr Sane - And what is an alpha monster?
Alpha Monster - I periodically come out during the game and Mr. Do has to shoot me with an energy ball. If he spells EXTRA, then he gets an extra life.
Dr Sane - And what is so bad about this job?
Alpha Monster - Getting hit with an energy ball, having giant apples dropped on my head and the worst part, having these stupid, smelly monsters follow me around.
Dr Sane - I see and what made you take this job?
Alpha Monster - My agent tricked me. He told me that he landed me a job as a alpha monster, I thought he meant I was going to be on Sesame Street. I was so excited to be working with Cookie Monster and Ernie and Bert. I was even hoping for my own stuffed animal. But then I found out I was going to be in a video game, one that had nothing to do with Sesame Street, I was bummed.
Dr Sane - If you are so unhappy, why don't you quit?
Alpha Monster - I signed a lifetime contract. I was so young and so stupid. I should have read the fine print.
Dr Sane - So how can I help you?
Alpha Monster - I was hoping you could declare me legally insane or something. Then maybe I can breach my contract. If they were afraid that I would do something rash, like seriously injure Mr. Do, then maybe they would tear up the contract.
Dr Sane - I see, you want me to lie for you.
Alpha Monster - Just a little white lie. Please.
Dr Sane - Why don't we first have another session and see if we can look deeper into this problem.
